| This part is very important! At this point you want to carefully work your way around the whole platter and create pie shape slices. You need a very sharp knife and will probably need a fork as well. You want to cut through everything, wiggling you knife back and forth to be sure everything is separated. You will need to push everything apart with a fork so there is a visible separation between all the yummy stuff so you can pick up the slice with a pie server. |
