I have placed some "more" explanatory photos below that, hopefully, will help you along in your Italian culinary adventure. Sometimes a picture really helps!... ;-)

Continue cutting the strips. Then set these aside to work with later on in the lasagna making process.
This is the yummy stuff you will need for the lasagna filling. This is what makes the lasagna taste so good! Well that and the great spaghetti sauce you already made. ;-)
You start out with the Ricotta cheese in a bowl, then add an egg like this...
After you drop the egg in, it looks like this. Exciting huh? Oh, this is going to be so good!!!
Then add fresh parsley.
Then add Parmesan cheese.
Now mix this well. See the blur? That's me mixing really well.
...still mixing. At this point, you will want to add some fresh ground black pepper and a little bit of Basil, then mix some more.
OK, now that you've finished your lasagna filling and set that aside; see the bowl sitting there off to the side? Then you get your baking pan and add a thin layer of sauce to the bottom of the pan.
The bottom of the pan should look like this when you're done. Now you are ready for your first layer of lasagna noodles.
Here we go, first noodle. You will need to handle the lasagna noodles very carefully. They will be hot because you just cooked them. It's important to start layering the noodles once they have finished cooking.
You will lay these noodles side by side. Do not overlap them and again, handle these noodles gently. Some of them may be tricky to get out of the pot and flattened out on the bottom of the pan, you just have to have patience while working with the noodles.
