Read the lasagna recipe here.
I have placed some "more" explanatory photos below that, hopefully, will help you along in your Italian culinary adventure. Sometimes a picture really helps!... ;-)

Here we see our first layer of pasta. Now you are ready to start adding the filling.
Here we go, adding the filling. Hey!! Those aren't Anthony's hands, what happened? Yes, this is the wife helping me out. She is wonderful!
After you add the filling and spread it out, then you add the Mozzarella strips. See how they are placed across the pasta noodles? That helps keep the noodles together..
Now you start to add a layer of sauce over the filling and Mozzarella cheese.
Still adding sauce...
Still adding sauce... Done.
Now you start to add layer two of the lasagna noodles.
Add your filling stuff, then add the sauce, spread it out and go onto the next layer.
...and another layer,....
...sprinkle on the Parmesan.
OK - this is your top layer of pasta, no filling or Mozzarella cheese on this layer, just sauce and Parmesan.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on the top layer and this is ready to go in the oven!
There it is!!! All ready to go. You will need to cover this pan with Aluminum foil. Fold the foil down tightly on all sides.
Now you place it in the center of a preheated oven @ 350 degrees F for about 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes take out the lasagna, peel back a corner of the foil. Look closely, the liquid on the sides should be bubbling and you should not have too much liquid on top of the noodles. In this photo here there is a puddle of liquidy sauce which indicates to me that this is not quite done yet. Back in it goes for another 5 minutes.
OK, it's been 5 minutes. Take it out of the even and check it again. Lots of bubbling on the side and less water on top. This is good. Now remove the foil and place it back in the oven uncovered and cook for another 10 minutes. After the 10 minutes are up remove from oven and let it sit on the counter, uncovered, for about 10 more minutes, then serve.
We see here on the left a nice plate of lasagna ready to enjoy! Oh yes!!! All that hard work paid off, this is going to be incredibly good! It's important to pour on extra sauce hot from the pot and then add your Parmesan cheese, with a little Parsley on the side and whalla!.
