| Next... Now you will want to slide the fritatta off of the cookie sheet (this might be a little messy because the uncooked side of the fritatta is what was face down on the cookie sheet). Use a spatula to help you slide the fritatta back onto the pan uncooked side down. Next... Now sprinkle on a little bit more black pepper, sweet basil, fresh parsley and parmesan cheese. Now cover and simmer for 7 minutes. |
