This is a continuation of explanatory photos that, hopefully, will help you along in your Italian culinary adventure. Sometimes a picture really helps!... ;-)

OK, now your filling is ready to go into the peppers.
There you can see I'm ready to beginning stuffing the peppers. I have about 3/4" of water in the bottom of the baking pan, the filling is ready and the peppers are prepared.
Take the tops off making note as to which top goes to which pepper. You want them to go back on the peppers nicely..
Stat stuffing your peppers. Spoon the filling into the peppers.

OK, the peppers are all full. Make sure you leave room for the tops to go back on the peppers so there is no gaps between the tops and the peppers..
Now starting putting the tops back on.
Oh man! These are looking really nice! These really have a nice presentation when you serve them, so take your time and make them look nice!
WooHoo... Last one done. We are ready to steam/roast/cook these peppers!
Here they are ready to go into the oven.
Depending on the size of your peppers, you may have some filling left over. If you do, I suggest putting it in a bowl like this to eat while you are waiting for the stuffed peppers to cook. This filling is delicious all by itself!
