| There they are in the oven. Notice I have a second baking pan in the oven. This baking pan is full of water and placed in the oven with the peppers to add moisture to the oven which helps steam the peppers. |

| This is what they will look like after cooking for 45 minutes or so. |

| Now take then right out of the baking pan using a spoon and a pot holder and place then right into a bowl and serve hot! |

| I highly recommend having Garlic Bread with this meal. Compliments the Stuffed Peppers perfectly! |

On the left you can see what your plate will look like right after you dive in. You take a knife and cut up the pepper as I have shown and just eat the pepper with the filling. I try to get a little pepper with every bite of stuffing but does not always work out that way ;-) EnJoY! This really is a fabulous dish!. |
